چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین اثر هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی بر خودشکوفایی و رضایت از زندگی در سالمندان شهر اصفهان براساس الگوی معادلات ساختاری بود. روش این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه 128581 نفر سالمندان شهر اصفهان در سال 1392 بود که حداقل 60 سال داشتند. از این جامعه 100 نفر (44 زن و 56 مرد)، با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای از 8 نقطه شهر اصفهان انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش به کمک پرسشنامه‌های خودشکوفایی (مزلو، 1977)، شاخص رضایت از زندگی سالمندان (LSI، نوگارتن و هوایرست، 1998)، هوش معنوی (کینگ، 2008) و هوش اخلاقی (لنیک و کیل، 2005) جمع‌آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS-19 انجام گرفت. ضرایب آلفا و نیز برازش الگوی پیشنهادی با داده‌ها رضایت‌بخش بودند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که در الگوی به‌دست آمده، اثر هوش اخلاقی بر خودشکوفایی و رضایت از زندگی معنادار است (001/0>P)، ولی اثر هوش معنوی بر این دو متغیر معنادار نبود.

Path Analysis of the Effect of Spiritual and Moral Intelligence on Self-Actualization and Life Satisfaction in the Old Aged in Isfahan

چکیده [English]

The aim of study was to determine the effects of spiritual and moral intelligence on self-actualization and life satisfaction in the old aged persons in Isfahan based on structural equations modeling. The research method was correlation. The statistical population included all 128581 old aged people in Isfahan city in the year (2011) that were at least 60 years old. From this population 100 persons (44 females and 56 males) were randomly selected via multi- stage cluster sampling from 8 areas of Isfahan city. To collect the data, the following questionnaires were used: Self-Actualization (Maslo, 1977), Life Satisfaction Index (LSI, Neugarten & Havighurst, 1998), Spiritual Intelligence (King, 2008), and Moral Intelligence (Lennick & Kiel, 2005). Data analysis was done by applying SPSS-19 software. The alpha coefficients and also were satisfactory. The results of path analysis showed that the effects of moral intelligence on self-actualization and life satisfaction, are significant (P < 0.01). But the effects of spiritual intelligence on the two variables were not significant.
