چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش ذهن‌آگاهی و فرا فرزندپروری در پیش‌بینی سبک‌های فرزندپروری و تنیدگی والدین انجام شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. گروه نمونه 196 نفر از والدین دانش‌آموزان دوره ابتدایی شهرستان پاکدشت در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های سبک‌های فرزندپروری (بامریند، 1973)، ذهن‌آگاهی (رایان و براون، 2003)، فراوالدگری (هاوک و هولدن، 2006) و شاخص استرس والدگری (آبیدین، 1990) پاسخ دادند. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ذهن‌آگاهی و مؤلفه فراوالدگری (پیشاپیش‌گری) می‌توانند فرزندپروری مستبدانه و قاطعانه را پیش‌بینی کنند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که ذهن‌آگاهی و مؤلفه‌های فراوالدگری (پیشاپیش گری و انعکاس‌گری) می‌توانند تنیدگی والدین را در قلمرو کودک و والد پیش‌بینی کنند (01/0P<). ولی ذهن‌آگاهی و مؤلفه‌های فرافرزندپروری قادر به پیش‌بینی فرزندپروری سهل‌گیرانه نبودند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this studywas to investigate the role of mindfulnessandmeta-parenting in effective parenting and parenting stress. The sample group included 196 parents of elementary school students in the academic year 2014-2015 in Pakdasht city who were selected by purposive sampling. Participants completed Parenting Style Questionnaire (Baumrind, 1973), Mindful Attention Awareness (Ryan and Brown, 2003), Meta-Parenting Questionnaire (Hawk & Holden, 2006) and Parenting Stress Index (Abidin, 1990). The data were analyzed by Pearson multiple regression analysis. The results showed that mindfulness andcomponentof meta-parenting (anticipation) can be predict authoritarian style and authoritative style. The results showed that mindfulness and componentof meta-parenting (anticipation and reflection) had predictive power forparental stress in child and parent context (P<0.01). But mindfulness and components of meta-parentingdid not predict permissive style.
