چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطة تعارض کار- خانواده با تعهد سازمانی با توجه به نقش تعدیلی عدالت سازمانی ادراک‌شده انجام شد. طرح پژوهش از نوع رابطه‌ای بود و جامعة آماری شامل 623 نفر از کارکنان یک شرکت صنعتی بود که در آن طرح پرداخت بر مبنای عملکرد اجرا شده بود که تعداد 138 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی برای پاسخگویی به سه پرسشنامه پژوهش شامل مقیاس 5 سؤالی تعارض کار- خانواده (Siegel, Post, Brockner, Fishman & Garden, 2005)، مقیاس 4 سؤالی عدالت رویه‌ای (Bies,1987) و مقیاس 15 سؤالی تعهد سازمانی (Mowday, Porter & Steers,1982) انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها توسط رگرسیون سلسله‌مراتبی و تحلیل تعدیلی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، افرادی که عدالت بالایی را ادراک کرده‌اند هنگامی‌که تعارض کار- خانواده آنها پایین باشد، تعهد خود را به سازمان افزایش دادند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship work-family conflict with organizational commitment considering moderator role of perceived organizational justice. The population was 623 employees of an industrial company that the pay for performance plan was implemented, that 138 subjects were selected through random sampling, in order to completing the following three research questionnaires included 5 items Work Family Conflict Scale (Siegel, Post, Brockner, Fishman & Garden, 2005), 4items Procedural Justice Scale(Bies,1987) and 15items Organizational Commitment (Mowday, Porter & Steers,1982). Data was analyzed using the hierarchical regression and moderate analysis. The findings indicated employees, who perceive high justice increased their commitment to the organization, when they have a low level of family work conflict.
