چکیده

هدف پژوهش مقایسۀ اثربخشی آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی نوجوان‌محور با روان‌شناسی مثبت‌نگر بر علائم داغدیدگی و پرخاشگری در نوجوانان داغدیده بود . این پژوهش  از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و دورۀ پیگیری بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل نوجوانان داغدیدۀ مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاورۀ آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز در سال 97-1396 بودند. 24 نفر به شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های سوگ (Dyregrov, 2001) و پرخاشگری (Buss & Perry, 1992) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد ذهن‌آگاهی نوجوان‌محور و مداخلات روانشناسی مثبت‌نگر بر علائم داغدیدگی و پرخاشگری نوجوانان داغدیده مؤثر است(P<0/05) و گروه ذهن‌آگاهی نوجوان‌محور تأثیر بیشتری از روانشناسی مثبت‌نگر داشته و تغییرات در طول زمان پایدار بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare the effect of adolescent-reasoned mindfulness and positive psychology interventions on bereavement symptoms and aggression in bereaved adolescent. This study was a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group and follow-up period. The statistical population in bereaved adolescent referred to the counseling clinics department of education in Shiraz in 2017-2018. 24 individuals were selected using accessibility sampling and were randomly divided into two experimental groups, adolescent-reasoned mindfulness and, positive psychology interventions and one control group. The research instrument were Grief Questionnaire (Dyregrov,2001) and Aggression Questionnaire (Buss and Perry,1992). Data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA.
