چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی بر رضایت­زناشویی و علائم روانشناختی در زنان متأهل بود. طرح پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش­آزمون پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را زنان متأهل مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک­­های منطقۀ 2 شهر تهران در سال 1398تشکیل می­دادند که 30 نفر از آن­ها با روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه 15 نفری (آزمایش و کنترل) جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامۀ فهرست نشانگان روانشناختی (Derogatis, Lipman & Covi, 1973) و رضایت زناشویی (Enrich, 1983) بود. گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه یک ساعت و نیمه، تحت شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی قرار گرفتند. پس از اتمام دوره، پس‌آزمون اجرا و برای تحلیل داده­ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتعیری نشان داد  شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر کاهش نمرات علائم روانشناختی (جسمانی‌سازی، افسردگی و اضطراب) و افزایش رضایت زناشویی آزمودنی­های گروه آزمایش، مؤثر و معنا­دار است (P≤0/001). بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن­آگاهی می­تواند بر علائم روانشناختی زنان (جسمانی سازی، افسردگی و اضطراب) و رضایت زناشویی تأثیر مثبتی داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive therapy based-mindfulness on marital satisfaction and psychological symptoms among married women. The study was of a semi-experimental type with pre-test post-test with control group. The population of the study of married women admitted to the clinic in district 2 in Tehran City, Iran in year 2019,  and 30 of them ­ were selected using convenient sampling method and placed in two groups of 15 subjects each (experimental and control). Research instruments included Syndrome Checklist Psychological (Derogatis, Lipman & Covi, 1973) and Marital Satisfaction (Enrich, 1983) Questionnaires. The experimental group received 8 sessions of mindfulness training and each session took one hour and half. After that, post-test was conducted. In order to analyze data, ­ multivariate covariance analysis was used. The obtained results of multivariate covariance analysis indicated that Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy was effective and significant in decreasing the score of psychological symptoms (Somatization, Depression & Anxiety) and increasing the marital satisfaction among subjects in experimental group (P≤0.001). on the basis of results, it could be said that Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy could have a positive impact on psychological symptoms women (Somatization, depression and anxiety) and marital satisfaction.
